Susquehanna University’s annual “Greek Week” raised over $10,000 for the B+ Foundation.

The 2025 Greek Week theme was “World Tour” and each organization chose an artist to represent its chapter. Over three weeks, these chapters choreographed and practiced a five-minute dance that encapsulated their artist.
Nine chapters participated in Greek Week from March 31 to April 6 this year. Before each organization performed its dance at “Airband”, they competed in mini games like basketball, volleyball, and Jeopardy to earn “points.” These points were totaled at the end of the week, revealing which fraternity and sorority scored the most and, ultimately, won.
In addition to the mini games, each organization started the week by signing up as a donor for the B+ Foundation. This foundation is dedicated to providing financial assistance to families with children diagnosed with cancer.
Through one week of fundraising and spreading awareness, a total of $11,222.76 was raised and donated to families in need. This is an amazing accomplishment that left several at a loss for words.
B+ Co-Executive Director Chelsea Veith shares, “I am so honored to be a part of a community that is passionate about fighting for such a great cause. I cannot thank the Greek community enough for raising this much money for the kids! I am proud of Jake Lanning and my hard work; I could not have done it without him.”
The fraternal and panhellenic winners of Greek Week were calculated based on points collected from games, the traditional “Spirit Award” that the Greek community voted on, and the Airband winners decided by three Susquehanna University staff.
This year’s Airband winners were Theta Chi, performing to Michael Jackson, and Kappa Delta, performing to Beyonce.
