They have seasonal drinks as well as vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. It is the perfect place to bring your laptop and enjoy a chill atmosphere while studying. The Kind Cafe is located at 16 N. Market Street.

Next up is Wagging Tail Coffee Co., the newest coffee spot in Selinsgrove that is also a short walk from SU.

If you don’t mind a short drive to Shamokin Dam, then Eagles Wind is the place for you to try.

Known for their fresh donuts in a variety of flavors and small-town charm that feels like home, you can grab a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee before heading out of Selinsgrove or coming back to campus. Located at 3175 North Susquehanna Trail, Shamokin Dam, this coffee shop if definitely worth the trip.

Moving a little further from campus, Poppy’s Coffee Co. is a cozy cafe located in Middleburg, PA. They offer a variety of hot and iced beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos and specialty drinks for every season. Their menu also features baked goods such as fresh croissants and biscotti. Poppy’s is located at 1157 New Berlin Highway, Middleburg, PA.

Finally, IV Coffee Co. is a welcoming cafe with locations in Sunbury and Mifflinburg. Both locations offer a cozy atmosphere perfect for studying with a selection of freshly brewed coffees and specialty lattes.

The Sunbury location can be found within the Sunbury Station, allowing customers to explore various vendors beyond the cafe which offers a nice break from studying or an easy location to plan a day out with friends.

They also have a mobile coffee truck that has nitro cold brew and a variety of flavors. They can be found at 100 N. 3rd Street in Sunbury and 451 Chestnut Street in Mifflinburg.

No matter if you’re looking for a study spot, social meetup or a quick grab and go, the Selinsgrove area has something for everyone. So next time you’re in need of some coffee, try one of these spots and support local businesses.
