DEPARTMENT OF THEATRE ANNOUNCES SEASON CHANGE FOR FALL SEMESTER

Selinsgrove – The Susquehanna University Department of Theatre has altered its previously announced 2020-21 season to accommodate for the safety of students and audiences regarding COVID-19.

The current plan for the 2020-21 season productions includes hybrid performances with both onstage and remote actors. Our new season will now begin with the performance of the two one-act plays, Trifles & The Outside, by Susan Glaspell, followed by the performance of The Three Sisters by Anton Chekov, adapted by Jeanne Tiehen. The Musical production has been moved to the Spring Semester and will be announced later in the season.

Performances for Trifles & The Outside and The Three Sisters will be live-streamed via Zoom for audiences. Password ticketing is available by contacting the University Box Office at 570-372-ARTS between noon and 3:00 PM Monday-Wednesday, and beginning September 21st, weekdays between noon and 5:00 PM.
