In college, it’s sometimes difficult to afford all the products you want, but there are still so many options that are amazing and under twenty dollars. Here is a list of a full face of makeup products to try that you won’t feel guilty about buying.
Before you start putting on your makeup, you need to start with a smooth base.
The Cerave AM Face Moisturizer with Sunscreen, SPF 30 is a great daily moisturizer that is only $17.99.
Also, NYX professional makeup Angel Veil Skin Perfecting Primer does a great job of smoothing your skin for a better foundation application. And if you don’t want to buy a separate eye primer, a tip would be to just use your concealer on your eyelids and set them with powder. One of the best brands for drugstore foundations is L’Oreal.
Their newest foundation, Infallible Fresh Wear 24HR Foundation is $14.99, and both the Infallible ProMatte Liquid Longwear Foundation and Pro-Glow foundation are just as good and are $12.99.
For concealer, the Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define Full Coverage Concealer is only $7.00.
The best setting powder is from Maybelline and is the Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder for $7.99.
The Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer Murumuru Butter Bronzer is one of the top-selling bronzers at the drugstore and is $14.99, and it also smells amazing.
L.A. Girl Just Blushing Powder is a beautiful blush that is $5.99, and Maybelline also has their incredible Face Studio Master Chrome Metallic Highlighter that is $9.99.
NYX has some of the best preforming brow pencils.
Their Micro Brow pencil is $10.00, and the brand Essence has a brow gel called Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara that is only $2.99.
For eyeshadow, Morphe has some of the highest quality products at the drugstore, as well as great makeup brushes. They have a huge range of products and colors, where the smaller 9 pan palettes are $12.00 and larger 35 pan palettes are $24.00.
However, both work with coupons and you can buy them for an even more cost-efficient price.
There are many liquid eyeliners available for a cheaper price, but NYX tends to have the best quality and staying power.
The NYX Epic Ink Liner is $9.00 and makes doing a cat eye super easy. L.A. Girl also has a great pencil eyeliner called the Gel Glide Eyeliner, which is very creamy and long lasting and is $3.99.
L’oreal has a mascara called the Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara that is $9.99 and gives your lashes a ton of volume. To set your makeup look, Milani has a great setting spray called Make It Last Setting Spray Prime + Correct + Set, that is $9.99.
For lips, Wet N Wild has their Megalast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick that is $4.99, and NYX has Slide On Lip Pencils for $8.00.
If you use false eyelashes, Ardell has dozens of different styles, all of them at varying prices under 20 dollars.
Also, for extra glamorous looks, NYX sells face and body glitter for $6.50, and Colourpop has their Glitterally Obsessed products for $8.00.
