Actress visits campus, talks boisterous career

Posted on March 23, 2019 by The Quill

KATHLEEN T GOT CANDID—Kathleen Turner, an actress who has worked on stage, television and in film, visited Susquehanna on March 3 in the Degenstein Center Theater to talk about her experience in the entertainment industry. University President Jonathan D. Green, left, interviewed Turner during the event. During her lecture, Turner spoke on her background and gave students pursuing theatre a new perspective, especially regarding the importance of work ethic versus talent. Turner’s appearance was made possible through the Dr. Bruce L. Nary Theatre Guest Artist Fund.
